REFUND POLICY
- One of our main goals here at Fattys is to keep our customers satisfied and happy. With that being said with any questions about returns or exchanges PLEASE feel free to call one of us at (860)-693-1950 to talk to a real person and get any confusion out of the way.
- At our storefront, we will gladly refund your purchase within 7 (Seven) days of sale. Refunds will be issued only in the form of the return was bought with. (Cash refunds will be issued by store check) Absolutely no refunds on store credits, gift cards, and items purchased at 50% or more off.
- Items returned after the allowable refund period will receive at store credit valued at the items present selling price.
- Due to the seasonable nature of our business, no returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase
What To Expect After You Place Your Order
– An email confirmation and receipt for your purchase. This can take up to 10 minutes and sometimes ends up in a spam/junk folder.
– A follow-up email regarding your experience shopping with Fattys online, a possible survey, and your t-shirt size for a FREE Fattys t-shirt. These emails can end up in a spam/junk folder too, so give us a call or send us an email and we can update you if you would like.
